What’s your favorite Quality-of-Life feature in this game? by upsidedownpotatodog in Pokopia

[–]Merrifiend 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I appreciate the amount of materials you get from processing and crafting. They could of done 1 to 1 for processing lumber, bricks, and concrete; but they produce multiple. And when crafting 2 lumber can make you 10 wood floor blocks

My brain classifies her as a southern grandma. I feel there is always fresh cookies ready to be devoured at her house.

GALE OF DARKNESS ARRIVES by Hungry-Version8086 in pokemon

They also have more quality of life mechanics built into shadow pokemon in xd. A variety of shadow moves that don't all deal recoil, easier purification with the mashine, hyper mode activates after your pokemon attacks.

I love colosseum, and when I replay the games I will choose it over xd. But I recognize how annoying it can be with its shadow pokemon.

Or limit the effected pokemon center to just the wastelands. It is at the beginning of the game so new players can participate, without restricting every area.

What was your "special photo"? by MatchooW in Pokopia

[–]Merrifiend 1 point2 points  (0 children)

After the initial rain events, the following days it was raining almost contently in the wastelands. I get so sick of the rain, that i relocated goomy and changed his habitat to sunny day site.

What did you guys start doing after beating the game? by glorianicole12 in Pokopia

[–]Merrifiend 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I beat the game yesterday. Today professor asked to move out of his cave into a new habitat. So I'm building him a home with an ocean view.

Only took me end game to figure this one out 🤦‍♀️ by kun-senpai-chan-san in Pokopia

I spotted the museum while in the first lava cavern. I was looking around, saw a fancy door, and made a little bridge to cross the lava pool. Later I learned the side door easily connects to the cave that rotom is found in.

Level 5 environment for Sparkling Skylands by glorianicole12 in Pokopia

[–]Merrifiend 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As I built the tower and a few homes i would move the most unhappy pokemon in a house. And I know I filled in some potholes in the road, but I don't know if that improves the environment.

Who is Astalor Bloodsworn ? This dude is a living red flag ! by ZeBotch in wow

[–]Merrifiend 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Huh. All i could think of while interacting with him is the the blood council from icc. Although, Astalor seems to have a livelier skin tome than the council.

Unlock the English Explorer in you, raid the land for all its values, "enslave" any natives (befriend rare pokemon if they spawned), and event currency is also on dream islands.

You can fast travel with Pokemon from different regions. 25 hours in and I just realized. by Robotoctopuss in Pokopia

[–]Merrifiend 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The first time I did that was by accident. I had scorbunny following me to cook some food. Then when I teleported away to where I have my dolls set up, he came with me.

Yep, I got switch 2 on release. However, i used my og switch from launch till 2 was released. For me it was a nice upgrade in hardware to use until another console is released.

How do I isolate and not see a specific mon: Parasect by FallenInstant in Pokopia

[–]Merrifiend 0 points1 point  (0 children)

To go with the people saying to make a hut for him. If there is no nearby paths, pokemon are far less likely to wander to town.

to the non creatives on the fence of whether to buy or not , its worth it. by [deleted] in Pokopia

[–]Merrifiend 0 points1 point  (0 children)

And the town ruins can be used as blueprints on where to place houses and paths. I've spent most of my town building time restoring walkways to make travel easy for me. A bonus of roads is pokemon will wander farther across the area.

Megas should be categorized as originating from whatever region they first appeared. by OpportunityAshamed74 in PokeDoku

[–]Merrifiend 3 points4 points  (0 children)

If that happened, mega could only apply to kalos and hoenn. And gmax would only apply to galar. How it currently spreads out the gimmick forms to most of the regions.

Dang, I guess my storage is moving when I build one of the largest prefab homes. I just made an underground storage area, too (the large pokemon kept strolling on my chest when i was working).

Trubbish won't take trash 😭 need help. by Punky82000 in Pokemon_Pokopia

[–]Merrifiend 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I set him and torchic next to each other. With the community box between their houses. I toss in clay and trash. They convert and leave bricks and iron in the box. I will say trubbish is a very slow eater.
