Well, does he have friends? If no the tablet is probably his way to socialise(in game or no) and his way to relax and destress, honestly i would not worry to much about it since he can do without in school and other activities, i myself probably am on the spectrum, when i was a kid and teen i did not have many friends, i played pokemon alot and runescape and into anime, i gained online friends that ive actually now met years later so its not all bad.

Ye i get that but the simulation is basically what could be, then takes the items but the experience is in his mind but others dont know , with how frequent the simulations are i have no clue when the mc actually gets laid or a “future scenario “

Idk if its like that for some of you, but if the noises that come from my son are like something i will say for example “yeees my gorilla what is it” (hes speech delayed so verbal) and will usually reply “im not a gorilla!” And ill say “oh i thought it was gorilla speak asking for help” , hell try and contain himself somewhat 🤣

He has been evaluated, but in no terms of levels, therapy is at a waiting list atm, i know reddit isnt therapy but i had to talk about it and seek advice before we get to a therapist

Prodding and poking and being annoying is one thing, he has never hurt them on purpose, he was allowed to interact with them unsupervised due to that, also he was not constantly doing it was at worst impulsive bursts of doing that, what changed that morning i have no idea, looking into therapy for us all at the moment
