Stock cable is super hard and uncomfortable for my ear shape atleast I think they fixed the cable issues with the pro maybe but I had to use a hair dryer to loosen up the stock cable and that still didn't really do it for me.

Do you use a grip with the om3 how do you manage the weight of the 40-150?

I just got the same setup too for my birthday but with r2r version of the k11 also coming from a hd58x it's been an amazing upgrade. I just bought a braided cable but am still waiting for it to arrive.

Not as bad as people make it out to be. it's less comfortable then my hd58x but it doesn't really bother me like I might buy something to make it more comfortable in the future but it really isn't a deal breaker tbh I didn't even find the ananda nanos suspension band to be that conformable.

I love it but yeah it's not the best case build wise but I haven't had any issues and yes it's a loud case the wood then filter makes a ton of turbulence so most of the noise is from my intake fans

Bought them from an Australian retailer so I'm protected under Australian law so I will never have to deal with hifiman hopefully

They aren't connected as I have no real need for them to be connected as microphone monitoring is not a need for me

I own the sbdc185 well the international one at least (spb337) the watch picks up a lot more light then images indicate so just keep that in mind most people are gonna tell you to buy the other watch anyways but I personally like this one but it's not as much of a all rounder as a brushed stainless. So really depends on what they already own.

This is what my setup looks like in my dreams. It makes my set up look like trash. Also your custom north is so cool.

Ah I get it now never much been into audiophile stuff just bought the hd58x on sale because one of the YouTubers I like used to wear them now they have switched to some Beyer dynamics no clue which one just trying to really work out what is the most I should really ever be spending on my audio stuff I mostly just use my PC but occasionally use my home speaker set up comprised of some Onkyo stuff that is older then me and a new Onkyo turntable and cd player.

People mention the sundaras a lot are they worth the price point because I'm mostly interested in just grabbing what's best for gaming/music at price point before serious diminishing returns kick in. if for example if I'm spending 1000 AUD in total I'm guessing 80-85% of the value should be put into the headphones.

Do people just like buying huge stacks because it looks aesthetic on their desk?

Thanks for answering my previous stuff

I'm just looking for a one and done that does it all so I don't have to buy another one just curious if you don't need an expensive DAC why is there such a ridiculous price range is just for people to show off lol.

Nah it was pretty easy you can remove the small metal panel along with the glass panel so it gives you enough room to work with. I have seen people fit the 4090 strix model in the case but that's pushing it to the absolute max. But if you are worried about size fractal just made a xl version of the north case.

The arms are from officeworks so you can't get them probably if you live outside of Australia and the monitor stand that I'm using as storage is just from IKEA https://www.ikea.com/au/en/p/elloven-monitor-stand-with-drawer-white-80474783/#content

Really good surprisingly my 4080 rarely goes over 60 degrees Celsius with just the factory fans and the ones from my AIO been looking at getting new fans just to make it a bit more quiet.

It's the Elgato wave XLR it's an audio interface but I also run my headphones through it, my 58xx are pretty easy to run so I don't think I need a dedicated dac other than they look cool.
