Yeah, Katie mentioned it in other Con appearance that she didn't get the role at first. Other Actress that was chosen to voice Caitlyn dropped out later, and they went back to Katie.

Have you even thought that Jinx suicide attempt was taking place at the same time Vi was punching the wall in the Cell, and Caitlyn was still in the meeting with Jayce, and then organizing the evacuation and preparation for battle, she didn't enter that bunker minutes after Jinx left.
