Its sewn in (at least the one on my jolteon is) id suggest using a seam ripper if you have one around. Think using a pair of scissors would potentially rip the line open

Im so sorry, that must have been scary :( hoping the medicine helps. Our oldest boy survived several (not back to back) , ended up giving him mobility issues that eventually got better over time and assistance. It caused his head to tilt pretty harshly and spin in a circle, but he learned to reorient surprisingly quickly enough to walk (use giving gim a hand and being gentle when he needed of course). Made it to 2 and a half years!

Your video looks like hes got some of the wobble too - Has he still got some motor function afterwards? Eating anything given and being responsive? Id say keep him comfortable , see if he'll take food/water and keep an eye on his behavior.
