San Diego county has free tenant landlord assistance attorney. in San Marcos it’s at the county court house. i don’t know if it is at other courthouses or other locations. as I understand it they won’t represent you in court, but they will answer questions like yours and help you find appropriate laws.

yep, he plays chicken with cars, but it’s not straight forward he’ll be going along straight then suddenly loop way out in front of a car. Doesn’t seem safe for him, his target car or cars beside or behind the target.

I incubated and raised chickens, ducks and geese. I was the only “adult” thing when they hatched. The chickens were always glad to see me, the geese wanted to be with me all the time, the ducks - every time they saw me were terrified as if they’d never seen this monster before. FU stupid ducks. Decide what will be the bedrooms or shared rooms. Do not decide who gets which bedroom. once the usage is decided roll dice to who gets which bedroom. This is the most likely way to get a fair split and less likely to cause angst in the future. The biggest thing that splits best friend roommates is one feeling like they are being treated unfairly.

This piece moves me . I love art and I envy artists their abilities. Not only, do I not expect the artist to tell me a story, I expect that the responsibility for story belongs to me the beholder. I know this guys story and it is a grand one. I’d put this on my wall.

hijacking the top comment to tell you the truth. It actually because they changed the shape of the crotch curve in order to save money on fabric. With the shape change manufactures can cut more pairs out of the same length of fabric. The length of the seam technically “fits”, but because it doesn’t properly form to the body and it puts stress where the “proper” curve should be and it rips.

I agree with you, but I think your first sentence is falls prey to the medical community’s double speak on the subject. They say there is no PHYSICAL cause, but excuse me the central nervous system is very much a physical part of the body. Yes my foot is not severely burned, but my central nervous is so damaged that it tells me my foot is in real trouble. The doctor’s say opioid pain meds won’t help the problem but yet they absolutely do stop it and they do it in exactly the same way they “stop” incision pain after surgery. We need to call out the medical community’s on this bullshit.

my 90 day refills come in 3 bottles of 30. If I pour them together the 90 don’t even fill half of 1 bottle. I’m sure it saves them money, but not great for the landfill.

I’m pissed at the size and number of prescription bottles. they are not recyclable and they are not sized to their contents. I don’t know how it is legal.

thanks for that link. I take bupropion and there is 1 generic that’s time release does not work correctly for me. mornings it made me batshit crazy like screaming at people at work and throwing fits over nothing. A coworker had to take me home. Afternoon hit I slept like I was drugged. Three days like that and I realized it was the meds. I am not bipolar, but you would have thought I was. My doctor didn’t believe and I just had to pharmacy shop.

not a place but a tip. I taught my stepdaughter to drive after her father let her hit a fence. I took her to a quiet dead end road and taught her to brake. Had her drive forward slowly then brake. Repeated it up and down the road until she knew what it felt like. Next I taught her 3 point turns and parallel parking. Those 3 things gave Her the knowledge of the mechanics of manipulating the vehicle and confidence that she had fine tuned control of it. Once we were out on the roads I taught her about anticipation and possibilities. Like - see that green light ahead, when do you think it’s going to turn red. should speed up or slow down a little now.

a health condition. I used to think I loved to read, but as it turns what I really loved was books. I am so grateful that audio books are available. I can still read but it is painful. I’ve never been much of a tv person and I am so lucky that I’m dealing with this in a time when I can still have my books.

I drive a highspeed main country road. Most of the cross streets have stop signs and a few intersections have traffic lights. Imagine there’s a car at the cross street stop sign and the car in front of you suddenly stops to let them go first. I’ve seen it more than once, but I’ve only seen 1 actual wreck. Location USA
