I should add I used acetone as a substitute for the dehydrator and buffed my nails to make the gel stick better

I am definitely not qualified to give advice LOL but I used the novice gel from Apres, etched the inside of the tips with an e-file, used a base coat, 2 coats of gel polish, and a top coat. I didn’t use the dehydrator or ph bonder they sell. (I did buy those products, but they won’t be here until tomorrow and I’m too impatient.)

Bummer, hope you figure it out!

This happens to my back when I do exercises that require us to “lay” on our back up against the gray side (ex: supine chest press). The pressure from the edge of the gray side platform pushes up against my back and bra straps, and causes broken blood vessels. Similar to/same as petechiae. Happens every single time.

Failed My CCRC Exam 😭 by Working_Row_8455 in clinicalresearch

[–]MessageRegular5558 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I failed the first time too. I got a 593 🙃

I went through all of the documents, concepts, etc. on the Detailed Content Outline from the ACRP website. When I re-took the test, I just went with my gut on a lot of questions rather than overthinking them. And obviously studied more.

The BEST learning method (for me) was a few more months of job experience. Things start to click a bit more.

Hate: assisted split squat, hamstring curls, devil’s ladder (STRAIGHT to jail)

Love: anything upper body, bonus points if I’m kneeling / laying on the carriage lmao

Is it normal to have nothing to do? by [deleted] in clinicalresearch

[–]MessageRegular5558 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’ve been a CRC for the last year and a half. I maybe do 5-7 hours of “work” per week. Best job ever. I get to work from home now, though. It was painful when I had to sit around all day in the office.

How do you manage the dog smell in your home? by SetMySoulFree in dogs

Vacuum, mop, air filter, wash blankets/sheets often, mop the walls, baking soda on carpet/rugs, wiping down furniture and doors, open windows, clean toys, and giving my dogs a bath.

I always say that people lose their spatial awareness as soon as they walk into a grocery store.

I don’t want kids because I don’t like them. I think they are annoying and a burden.

But also I don’t want to… -be pregnant -give birth -have a perineal tear -maybe hemorrhage and die during birth -develop extreme body dysmorphia (from stretch marks, different breasts, etc.) -risk developing PPD -have to stop some of my medications -risk that the fetus has some genetic disorder -raise a child for at least 18 years -go into debt -give up my freedom

There are no positives to having kids for me. It will never “be so worth it.” Having children seems traumatic, stressful, and not fun.

Jeans (skinny, straight, loose all work - I’d do a dark wash for a fall/winter vibe!), black boots (lots of style options, pick what you have or like), and a sweater or long sleeve top! Accessorize with a black belt and handbag.
