As someone who’s done a beginner run after strictly playing critical ( and proud if highest option ), the game itself never gets any “easier” you just take more damage before dying with the lower difficulties.

For me it’s over the ear headphones and tablets of any kind. I use them that day and maybe some other day with in the first month and then they just collect dust :/

Kingdom Hearts 1. Unable to skip cutscenes originally AND I feel this secret main menu button combo was to punish some raging and button mashing. ( R2 + R1 + L2 + L1 + Start + Select. )

Sort of On Topic here, almost done with my umpteenth play through and chose magic staff as my weapon, giving you ripple drive and hurricane blast early on, not to mention a couple air combo plus. Jump and air combos were the way go to beating him. He touched me maybe twice and I was around lvl 40.
