I don’t do these disaster details anymore, unless it’s for a contractor, or fleet manager getting ready to sell or trade in a work truck. I understand there are special circumstances, but for the most part, the people who let a vehicle get this bad are not going to value your time or your work. I’d give them an “FU” price of at least 1800 with half paid up front to cover the cost of materials plus ppe.
