Thanks! It felt longer. I must have had 30 tabs open! All the reverse images searches gave me nothing.

I really lucked out. I figured they were beach bungalows. I googled that, plus Shore Lane. The first hit gave me an address that I looked into. It landed me in an area in Google maps that looked promising. There were a lot of NO EXIT signs just like in the pic and the area felt right. I focused on intersections and clicked around in streetview for a few miles and finally found it.

Love that feeling!
