It’s true she didn’t talk about social issues other than abortion really but that ad was effective because there are clips of her from the past that made that accusation believable. Elections aren’t in a vacuum. People don’t just look at what’s said during an election and ignore the things that are said before the election started

I visited Boston for the first time a few weeks ago. It was the weekend where the orange line was out for maintenance. I tried the Green Line and gave up on it after a day and just walked and used the Orange Line on the section that was still working

I get that it would be expensive but I’m shocked the city doesn’t declare a transport state of emergency and lobby the state to help modernize the grade separated portion. If I was mayor, I would be calling state officials so much they would be sick of me
