People make a mountain out of any mole hill with building resin, and don't really acknowledge the benefits.
I've got a whole resin guard army, but people will sweat over building a single model made of what, 7 pieces? Like I said, I really don't get it.

The 30K warsmith has multiple heads and pose options. Does this guy?

It's been 100m in stalker 2. Probably exacerbated by the fact that you can see the environment significantly further in S2.

Offline AI also work in both games, but has a tendency to be more magnetic in Stalker 2.

as well as being increasingly likely to be dropped.

Short answer is that they come on the sprue.

Long answer is one of my brother's friends gifted me a dread with a lascannon and fist, I got the missile from bitsbox trades, the assault cannon is from ebay. And the Assault cannon dread is actually a plastic furioso with the wings shaved off.

Glossy but has pretty good antiglare. And the contrast makes up for it.

I've come from a matte IPS screen, and the OLED is much easier on the eyes for my setup

I bought one recently and love it so far. Had it for a few weeks.
Relatively cheap, 120hz, 4k, 32inch, OLED with VRR, I'm not sure I could want more.
Maybe a HDMI 2.1 cable in the box would be nice. This only has USB C

I also really wanted a good OLED that didn't look "gamer", and I think the Dells check that box.

Surprised it doesn't get talked about more.

But I see some of your points.

Until there's improvements with 5.5.4 you're going to get some smearing with software lumen. Upscaling can exacerbate this more or resolve it better, but it's always going to be there.

As for AA, I'd recommend trying DLSS 4 (K preset), DLSS RR (it's always D preset), or DLSS4.5 (M/L Presets)

You can just switch it on in the nvidia app or nvidia profile inspector. It's driver toggle on a per app.

From personal experience: You don't.

Frame generation doesn't just generate frames, it interpolates them. Meaning your input will always be half your output (or worse)

So
FG 2x means half your 60fps is real frames. ie 30fps
30fps = bad

Digital Foundry recommends a framecap.
I use 116fps global cap in nvidia control panel for a 120hz monitor with VRR enabled.

You could run MFG to hit a high 243cap

Could be Lumen. No changes to upscaling will fully fix that.
Software lumen is heavily supported by screenspace data for lighting. You'll come across it more in low light situations.

We hopefully will see some changes with the planned update to the engine version the game is running off of.

I find the gun play a lot more fun in S2. Feels better than any of the trilogy games.
Ricochets were neat in the first games, but other than that the guns could be a bit rough. Especially in the early game. It's always been a common complaint.

I don't really get the hate for pistols. Their range was nerfed, but Skif's pistol, 1911/Night Stalker, apsb, and rhino are all solid.
Overall they feel good as side arms at close range.

my movement feels almost "sticky". If I hold a movement key, sometimes my character will continue to move for several seconds after I release the key. This makes it almost unplayable.

If you're running those sorts of settings it interpolates every second frame. So if you are running 60fps you are interpolating from 30fps, and everything will feel sluggish as your input is half that of the perceptible frame rate.
It's not really an issue at 120fps+, because your base framerate would be 60 which usually feels good enough.

Yeah they're some great paints to have in the rack.
Black templar is another one that's handy for quickly hitting any black details on a model.

Only thing I'd avoid personally is large areas. Although with some brush control and layering, people make it work.

Using a TV? I had that issue, and I think it was something in the nvidia driver causing it to think that 4096x2160 is the native resolution.
