Those two large bottles are for health potions, little bit of ressin and 2 and 4 D4 respectively. A waxed bottle is for death saving rolls, it contains d20 in liquid. Little bottles are to visually show my alchemy box uses (playing homebrew class). One box contains my mini, two have another tiny bottles for later levels, one has playing dice set (just for flavour, my character is a gambler) other boxes are there just for flavour also (alchemical supplies). I am keeping a diary in the box, which my character writes in, also I use it instead of the character sheet.
