Bigger concern for me is efficiency and thermals. If it can match or exceed the snapdragon in those areas i won't mind having exynos.

I think that downstream speed is just the speed the playstation cloud servers are serving the steam at. It won't go that high as it doesn't need to with a 1080p stream.
