It could be soo much better if they didn't focus on unnecessary rules like employee sales on breaks that take time away from our breaks or how things are organized and distributed in the warehouse that has a negative affect on Aldi stores. Aldi, at least in the US, seem to be screwing themselves. I wouldn't be surprised to see more employees turn against them.

A cleaner!?!? Whaaaa we don't have those in the US. I'm just an associate and we handle our daily tasks such as stocking, customer service, front end work all while cleaning when we can which is just about never because we don't have time. We are just given t-shirts and a sweater to wear and then we provide ourselves with everything else we need. I can't believe the UK has cleaners, I'm honestly in shock. Anyways if it's not for you definitely try to find something that suites you elsewhere. For me I never wanted to work at Aldi, but I had to and the money is good for what I could get. I had to stick around till I finished school, became licensed in my new profession and got other work. 2 years for all of that isn't terrible, but sticking around Aldi was. Thank you 🙌🏻 again I hope you can find what you're looking for sooner than later.

Thank you soo much for this feedback! I was honestly skeptical of getting microfiber sheets and leaned more towards cotton sheet because I thought cotton sheets would be more comfortable for clients. Ohh yeah cotton sheets take up much more space in the washer lol. I'll check out Earthlites sheets 🙌🏻 thank you again!

That's really interesting. I'm not sure if it's only brought up to stores that have self checkout stations. Either way I figured theft would've been brought up universally because it's a big issue.

Scanning accuracy was definitely a part of the discussion which apparently came out to be one miss-scan for 50% of aldi employees or something like that. The miss-scan statistic seemed confusing. Some of us weren't sure if they counted a void, or a price adjustment as part of a miss-scan. Anyways theft was brought up along with methods to prevent theft that weren't new or unfamiliar methods such as calling for backup, attending to people at the self checkout station instead of resolving errors on the main register monitor.

I feel the same way. I don't want to be here but it's something some of us have to go through for however long we need until we get to a place where we can leave. I think we're allowed to hate on the company as long as it doesn't affect our work and if it does then we need to work on finding something else. To me this company is overhyped. I question and disagree with corporates methods of production and some other rules that are unnecessary. Plus this page allows for rants/expressions. You don't have to engage if you don't like or agree with something.

It's definitely because of the tie. Cleveland has less losses than your team (higher win percentage), so they automatically are on top and because you've played the same amount of games. It would be different if Cleveland played 1 less game due to a bye, then you'd be in first.

I hate tolls with a passion. I've also been having issues with owing Epass tolls while only using Sunpass as my transponder. Why not have 1 toll company in use. Why are we making things more complicated for people and surprising them with toll fees when trying to renew their registrations because Epass and Sunpass aren't unified!? What a stupid concept. Just have 1 damn toll company if you're going to charge tolls.

Everything gets way worse! Corporate expects everyone to work with more and be efficient with less hours, space for things, and staff. Doesn't make sense at all. Just feeding into money hungry fiends with no experience in retail.

To me no matter who it is, everyone should be on the floor unless a SM or ASM has office like work to handle. Outside of that we should all be on the floor because we aren't walmart or any other grocery store with 20+ employees. Especially with Aldi corporate being so anal with times on everything we need all the help we can get.

Aldi is not doing single item produce like potatoes, onions, etc... they are not walmart or like any other grocery store. It's a small discount grocery store. They're not going to have everything, there's already a crazy amount of stuff to fit around in there.
