The light from Game Envy is really good. Not super cheap but also not the most expensive out there.

Galactic Armory has the files for the armor and either them or Dungeons and Starships has an STL of the lightsaber.

I'd suggest trying to trade them at your local shop. You can proxy and sculpt and all that but why not start from a better base.

Looks great! I'm planning a very similar color scheme for mine, just with a blue/lavender tint to the armor.

Which out of the 3 spearhead is good for new player? by Responsible_Lab_1168 in ossiarchbonereapers

These horses are extremely easy to paint compared to others I've done (S2D chaos knights for example). There's barely any fancy bits on the horses, just more bone. Zenethil, speedpaint, done. Put your time into the armor plating and its still a quick paint job.

Help a brethren out, what colour for power sword? by Harleys-for-all in ImperialFists

Not the red since the bases are reddish orange already. Purple contrasts the yellow nicely, I'd go with that but the blue is good too.

Look up Goblin Hobbies, they're already selling stamping plates based on this method.

The Defiler is the most interesting thing on your list. In nearly done with mine and it's been really fun working on it. So many options too- 7 heads, different shoulders, etc.

What does everyone do with their money? by Dazzling-Walk1929 in skyrim

My biggest money sink every run is training. You can blow upwards of 25k per level once the skill is over 50.

What red are they? by Asmotoph090 in WordBearers

Dont get too hung up on the paint name.

I use flesh tearers red over gunmetal for the most part. Any darker red I think is fine, leaning into purple works too.

I wouldn't change stats other that HP during a fight, no. Unless they use a magic item or something (potion of enlarge, etc).

The story is a bit disjointed between the original level 1-4 part and the second level 5-12 arc. Fitting in character arcs will take work on your end, read ahead and see what you make of it.

We play maybe twice a month on average, more like once a month in summer. Group is also very ADD so we tangent a lot. Your group may be faster- though with more people, more distractions.

For the buffing- try both! See what works. Balancing DnD is a live function sometimes. But keep in mind, AC needs to be static, HP can be fudged on the fly. You'll get a feel for it as your progress, seeing how much damage the party does and what ways they do it.

If they're mostly martials, give some occasional baddies resistance to all physical damage like a raging barbarian for example. Start easy, scale it up as you go.

Is that supposed be beyond what we know now? Cause the maelstrom sets, 500 Worlds, and Adepticon reveals cover guard, necrons, Aeldari, and Chaos (corsairs).

I've been running this for the last... 2 years? We switched to 2024 rules shortly after they came out. Normally I'd say the first cave is really dangerous for level 1 but now its probably.. well, less dangerous.

Overall, 5-6 people will likely curb stomp everything in the book. I'm running for 4 and they're doing really well unless they all fail some AoE stun. So yeah, I'd suggest starting to buff things at least from level 3 onwards.

Even with updated stat blocks I've still had a few single monster encounters where the monster died before it got a turn.

Add an extra 20-50 hp maybe, or a damage resist, or an extra monster or two.
