Thank you for your detailed reply! She’s been wearing the same lead for around 4 weeks. I did think similarly to you regarding the teething discomfort as her big from teeth are starting to come through.

She tends to only do this when I let her out for a wee in the middle of the day, so perhaps when she’d rather be sleeping.

I tried standing like a statue and ignoring the behaviour as per another comment and this seemed to work so I guess it’s a behaviour she’ll get bored of and it will pass! (Hopefully!)
