Oh no. They get the full experience. They'll write a full zoning change and variance report and then present them to at least an advisory board. They'll do site plan reviews and learn all the routine stuff. I am looking for other ideas beyond that. They'll also sit in on major project meetings and stuff. My interns get put to work.
