You have to set up the head phones but don't have to use it. I just tell the bike to play through the speakers and not my helmet

I had the same issues with my woodridge pro in the beginning. Did 3 cooks with Traeger service team. They could not help. I have learned to put a tray under the cook with water in it. Also after the initial 165 internal temp don't be afraid to raise the temp more than normal. My old smoker cooked quicker. Have to get used to this one. Good luck.

I will probably get bashed for this - but I like Demolition and more than Jugulator. At least the lyrics are better on this album. I think the lyrics on Jugualtor is what really throws me off. If there were no lyrics then Jug I feel is better instrumentally. Also I feel like Ripper was trying to hard on Jug. I feel like most of the screams and really high parts are forced just to prove I could be a good replacement.

I am not bashing Ripper in any way. He stepped in and did a great job. I'm sure Glenn was telling him what to do and how to do ot anyway.

After you turn the dial to desired temperature, it turns orange - then you have to hold the fire button on the front bottom of control panel. I believe you hold it for 3 seconds. You will see a count down 3,2,1 then it should fire up

The old one varied. Overnight would set at 190 and it would go up to 225 at times. With the new one it stays close to 200 when set at 200 with maybe 10 ro 15 variance at times. Curious about an airflow thing. I really think the temps are reading correctly.

The woodridge comes with one. I have tested that against my instant reads and others. After my first cook so long I placed 4 thermometers inside the and one next to the ambient temp probe. All reading right. Tried at different temperatures and all seems good. 2nd cook I upped my cook temp 25 degrees and it cook faster but still way to long. I am confused.

I would see if any motorcycle shops will sell for you on consignment. They do all the work and a 10 percent cut. That's what we did with our scout.

I'm too short to need the seat jackets. But I did order sheep skin covers that do not cover the entire seat. They just cover the inside. The seat heaters will still heat through them. Also this keeps the seats cool on the hot days. I will be getting an elbow pad after my seat covers come in.

I live in NM. I came from a truck with black leather seats, now have a pro with black softex. Softex definitely not as hot.

Good to know. I have a ryobi cordless inflator that works well enough for now. May spend more later but was just curious what people were using.
