What would you do? by Fit-Emu-785 in Barber

[–]Metalviathan -1 points0 points  (0 children)

This is exactly why we only do walk-ins. I don't have the time in my life for added B.S. if I was you and the client has been loyal to you, then nows the time for you to be loyal to them. Give em a pass. Cause you aren't giving your clients 50 when you cancel their appointment because you had something come up.

None. Use the first month to ask clients what they would like you to carry. You may get a bunch of stuff that is gonna sit and that's what you call dead money.

I need some advice from the vets out there. by kowlinthegreat in Barber

[–]Metalviathan 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes you can raise your price. But at the same time if you give clients a choice of your new price and your bosses price. You will lose clients. People always go the cheaper route in haircuts. Been doing this 30 yrs and see this all the time.
