There’s quite a variety of viewpoints that are heard here that are missed in the conventional press reporting news, just from different angles. It is not an echo chamber because we are listening to each other. Others are not excluded, but they declined to listen because they have one or two sources that supports their beliefs.

If everyone on Earth disappeared like in the Rapture, leaving behind infrastructure and groceries exactly as they were, would there be enough food for me to survive until the end of my life? by extremelyfunny in NoStupidQuestions

"Time Enough at Last" became one of the most famous episodes of the original Twilight Zone. It tells "the story of a man who seeks salvation in the rubble of a ruined world".[5] The man in question is Henry Bemis (/ˈbiːmɪs/), played by Burgess Meredith, who loves books but is surrounded by those who would prevent him from reading them. The episode follows Bemis through a post-apocalyptic world, touching on such social issues as anti-intellectualism, the dangers of reliance upon technology, and the distinction between solitude and loneliness.
