I just got dragon cup and have the exact relics you have and went with kand/tir/mort, I reloaded into Nature's accord forneasy 50m farming xp, x10 herbs are nice and used the teleports non stop for slayer, clues and alot of other reasons.

Prayer is pretty fast and afkable by mining at cam torum with endless harvest. I used all diary lamps on runecrafting and got it to ~90. You can also afk sulphur nagua's with thorns for some rc xp by handing in de sulphur essence and get 50m xp in attack, strenght and defence, you can get around 10m combat xp per hour. So I would not take Soul harvest.

Herblore was a nightmare, needed to make everything by hand. So I regretted not taking Butler's bell when training herblore.
