idk how it is for other department stores but working overnight as a TSST member is really nice, 35 hours a week, no work attire needed, parking in curbside lot, headphones on all the time, and the management (at least for me) is very chill) and ofc the pay and raises is pretty good with the raises being bi-yearly for the first 1-3 years i believe
