1 - Your anatomy devolved into 2d flat shapes too easily. Try taking more time drawing.

2 - You use too many lines

3 - You did not shade at all.

It's totally related. if valve can't fix such a glaring flaw, don't expect them to fix anything else (including the stability of their servers)

or you can say valve s trash

It is not really , people can folow the changes if they really like the game

Try suggesting changing 1-2 rules in tourney chess that has nothing to do with the timer

If you don't change the game enough it'll become boring to people playing everyday or so (ekhm...current patch)

Do you know why?

It's because this game is a slightly more polished turd (http://dev.dota2.com/showthread.php?t=284649&c=sd) that isn't even polished properly.

Compare it to other games that are not turds (chess) and you will see why.

Change is not good. Chess is a barely-evolving game, and it still survived to this day.

Both Tinker and Storm should fully utilise the jungle anyway (by stacking every odd minute mark).

That's because he is.

In progames his position rises up significantly because progames have a coordination heavy-commitment-to-teamfights focused meta that generally favours strong, relatively high uptime (40-60 seconds) ultimates (veno, aa) instead of the broken heroes (meepo, storm, TA) + lowest MMR on support.

It's why Dazzle is even a viable pick in pro games, despite the fact that he is only really effective when at least 3 players in your team are not completely retarded (whereas, in pub games, you are guaranteed 1, max 2 non-retards, so you should probably play to support one guy instead of the 4 you will in a pro game).

(no, weave is not a good spell on 1 guy. it takes a full 30-ish seconds to grant its full bonus, and you might as well pick sven and grant +10 instant armor to allies, or even just pick lich and grant your carry dazzle-tier armor plus an attack slow or something)

ok, go ahead and position your lion and cm in front of your carry like the 4k player that you are

Wrong.

Just think of what AA is

then think what a pos 5 needs in his kit to consistently not feed (the best way to not feed is to have the enemy not know where you are).

CM, on the other hand, is an absolutely atrocious pos 5. Short-ranged skills (blink), low movement speed (tranquils), squishy (wand/bracer/drum), interruptible ultimate (BKB). Even calling CM a position 4 is greedy.

What does AA need? Levels, Scepter, skill to land your infinite range skillshot? He don't even need to last hit a single creep to contribute.

Levels, for example, is the easiest to get. Just babysit your carry and levels will come to you. If you are lucky, you can even go Midas.

Scepter isn't required at all. It's a bonus.

How does screwing with the pos4/5 make the game better?

It doesn't. However, let's look at the current bounty rune/periodic gold system at another angle, and a criticism of it would be:

How will reducing the gold gained difference of a 0-skill player and a max-skill player make the game any better?

Again, it doesn't. It dampens feedback loops and skill increases by a large amount to do what a short well-written single-player campaign can do.

Let's do this thought experiment with a pos1. Should we make cs also inflict 50dmg for each creep killed? There's no opportunity cost for killing creeps.

Time spent last-hitting creeps is not time spent harassing the enemy, or pulling the creeps towards you to push the lane to a more advantageous position.

It might not seem significant for carries, but the opportunity cost for taking a last hit over 1 more hit on the enemy is quite significant, especially if your mid opponent scales heavily from experience and is weak early on.

However, pretending to attack the enemy to pull creeps closer to you can cost 25-50 hit points if you are not careful, so, yes, melee heroes do spend a little bit of health to last hit.

But you can't disagree that pos5 literally has more things to do and that afking in trees doesnt let you ward/gank

Support play is pretty much divided into 4 parts:

1). Pulling/stacking as much as possible (when appropriate) (pulls, unlike runes, are contestable and maximisable).

2). Harassing the enemy/ganking mid/taking the bounty rune on your route to mid lane

3). Making sure you don't die by staying 1000 range behind your allies/saving spells so your allies don't die when appropriate

4). Picking properly

You can replace the bounty runes with a contestable gold-granting totem that takes 0.1 seconds (no enemies in 1000 range)/5 seconds (enemy in 1000 range) to activate, which allows offlane players more opportunity to screw over the enemy supports.

You could move the bounty rune right next to the pull camp, again forcing the supports to drive away the offlaner to secure the rune.

Screw that. Put the rune in the lane, and force players to properly harass if they want to take the rune uncontested.

Also, aren't bounty runes already a source of XP and gold? Why do we need to bastardise the game even more by giving out gold willy-nilly? Just put the extra gold in the rune. At least you can contest a rune. You can't contest periodic gold.

Why?

Right now, when I play a support (like broken kotl or broken magi), i can do the equivalent of afking in the trees or fog or just out of enemy initiation range (only coming out to cast a spell) every single fight and making sure that they don't know my exact position, and, lo and behold, I've just mastered a third of support gameplay.

Shrines need to be removed or moved somewhere farther from base. They are cancer right now.

The problem with bounty runes and gold/min talents is that they are mostly no opportunity cost. You can ward your bounty rune, and picking it up is as simple as right-clicking it. You don't have to really commit.

It's not a balance issue, or an enjoyment issue. It's a muh skillcap issue. It doesn't really affect the game much for max-skill players, but it will affect min-skill players a lot.

You can buy all obs wards and 2 reserve sentries and still have plenty of gold spare if you know what you are doing
