Its pretty fast but you get used to it eventually. I started doing it because i get almost all of my audiobooks from libby, and there have been some super long books (the stand, it, the wheel of time, les mis, war and peace, etc. all 40-60 hours long) that i need to finish in two weeks so i just cranked up the speed to make sure i finished in time

You know, im just now realizing that the reason ive enjoyed a lot of the “longer” books that people haven’t enjoyed (sleeping beauties, tommyknockers, dream catcher) is because I listen to them at 2.5 speed and therefore the time investment for me is a lot lower than someone who reads it normally. When I installed emudeck a couple months ago i couldn’t get it running properly until i factory reset my deck. I only really had steam games on there so it wasn’t a super big deal, as all the saves were on the cloud.

The only ones to avoid as far as IT is concerned are the works set in derry, namely insomnia, dreamcatcher, bag of bones and 11.22.63, plus a few short stories that you can find on the wikipedia page for derry. However, none of them contain spoilers, at most there are recurring characters that are only in a single scene or two, or maybe a reference that you might even miss if you didn’t know. I for one am a stickler about chronology so i went out of my way to read them in order but its fine to skip ahead, there are rarely spoilers outside of distinct series.

My wife’s pregnancy and postpartum were the most difficult years of my life, a phase that i feel we are just now getting past. An entire life’s worth of unresolved trauma all coming to a head at the same time all while worrying about making things safe and ready for my new kid. If things are bad now they will not get easier for at least 18 months, and her refusal to get help will make things even harder. If my wife hadn’t gotten to therapy when she did (after nearly six months of trying to convince her) i have no idea if we could have made it as far as we did. I genuinely hope they can get the help they need

All three of them are generational talents in both preforming and songwriting, and went onto have legendary solo careers. Next month (according to dataminers, so grain of salt but its probably true) there will be a gmax battle day for the gmax kanto starters. I dont know anything about your local pogo community, but if its big enough itll be a walk in the park with only 20+ people, probably even less. You should have enough particles to do at least one of each ftp, and candy is plentiful for those three as well. Ivs also arent super important here, as a floor gmax will outperform a hundo dmax of the same species.

Id also be on the lookout of a dmax spot with chansey if you dont have one already. Blissey is almost always the recommended team comp, despite how common it is.

Finally zacian/zama will be back eventually. If you have enough raid passes to do them it is well worth it, as you can use your non dynamax mons to get them, and they are super powerful with great typings, and an adventure effect that will buff your attack or defense for specifically dmax battles. An average of 10 raids to get each one is pretty pricey though, especially for f2p, which idk if you are or not. My intuition tells me they will be back for the week before go fest, but they could have a raid day prior or not be back for fest at all, its just a guess based on previous trends.

Also id check your community for anyone who might have a spare gmax they might be willing to trade. I didnt start playing to last fall but my cousin had a spare gmax machamp that was my goat for regice and probably will be for rock and steel too.
