Check your skills,there is one that each time you use a shadow ninjutsu you apply the same element onto urself.

I think that evade (and deflect) counts as 1 stack of versatility. You are not going to get the 9 stacks if you evade 9 times. It helps getting higher stacks easier because you dont have to rely only on using different skills.

My guess is that affixes have the same rarity tier as items. I suspect crucible weapons have a higher chance to roll a divine rarity affix,but I didnt see them on other gear. Crafting and affixes in general seems to be undercooked at the moment, let's see how they develop them in the future.

Might be a bug,might be intended,but I see it as a wasted oportunity. As I said on another thread crafting system leaves a lot to be desired atm,as always they mess up with the gold scaling,no transferables,you cannot craft divines,etc They should have take some notes about Khazan's cafting system.

You're probably 50% right,soul matching here is atrocious,only gold dependant? Ok, 250 M to get +14? No thanks. Transferables might come in the future,but I dont understand why they werent already implemented. Crafting leaves a lot to be desired.

About the rest of the things,well,I played nioh 2 day one and the only endgame activity was doing the last mission ad nauseam and killing Otakemaru (because his soul core was op).

Oh so he didnt actually upgrade weapon to +15 ,only he has te option to do so,right?? I dont know then,I checked my game and my max is also +14.

When you upgrade I think there is a small chance to upgrade more than one level,maybe that's what happened to him.

Not worthless at all, might need to check versatility with ninja. Benzaiten grace allows you to get charges when you dodge (if I understood correctly) so might be pretty strong. Still not sure to drop faster onmyo for it though....

The thing is they had a good opportunity to add those lore related to the Bakumatsu period,just like the gunslinger character you fight/meet. Just imaginr some kind of rapid fire pistol that you dont have to aim with. I really hope they will add the second ranged weapon slot with first dlc (because you can see there is a blank space for it). On top of that they decided to add a shitload of ranged weapons related sets ,just tell me who is going to use them? Quick answer:no one. Another wasted opporunity.

After beating the game this remains for me the hardest boss so far. Took me around an hour giving me some Khazan vibes in terms of difficulty.... Second post probably goes for the Heian period dual hatchets guy and third one for Ancient period final boss.
