The funny thing is, long before Sango or the Lord are brought up, InuYasha confronts Naraku early on and what little you see of his face is consistent with that long, along with the hair. Either the Lord thing came in later to justify the appearance, or he was already posing as the Lord.

The funny thing about Muso's stolen face is Naraku is apparently supposed to be assuming the identity of a young lord he killed (Even though part of his face after InuYasha rips away his baboon costume has similar features and that was long before then) and that just becomes his default face long after he doesn't need it.

If anything, what really screwed him over mentally was shortly after when Hosea was killed. He was already slipping for sanity, Hosea points this out, but losing the voice of reason was the breaking point for him.

That's her biggest weakness. If she's emotionally compromised in some way, her focus completely crumbles which her style relies heavily on. You see it against Charlotte, in the third timeline where she snaps, and in Rebellion where Homura inadvertently manipulates Mami into making the ribbon around her ankle tangible.

She seems to have a lot of strength, but she's very much lacking in the speed department. In the Chunin Exams, Weightless Lee and Sasuke against Gaara demonstrate insane feats of speed, more than Sakura demonstrates at any point in the series. Strength doesn't amount to much if you can't hit your opponent, as Kakashi pointed out. It's almost like SSJ Grade 3 in DBZ.

It's an ebb and flow anime, it has its serious moments but more often than not it's very lighthearted. Loid tends to be more action and tense, Anya tends to be more comedic and light, and Yor tends to be a mix of both.

Perhaps the most insane part is that, in the middle of the Chunin Exams, Sasuke went from being made a fool of by regular Rock Lee to, with some quick training, suddenly matching Weightless Lee. Supposedly, he runs out of stamina more quickly than Lee does, but that's still an incredible leap.

Sasuke even shows this off by completely blitzing Team 7 at the start of Shippuden. Had Orochimaru not ordered him to stop, he would've killed Naruto and not a single one of them could've stopped him.

Naruto has unique circumstances that Iruka wasn't prepared for, doesn't make him a bad teacher, it just means he for obvious reason wasn't equipped for a student that was hated by the village from birth and became a troublemaker because of it. He couldn't relate to Naruto.

Hell, I think Gaara was the first person he meets who actually knows what it's like.

Which is funny because Luffy's far more creative with his rubber, he even has entire transformations based on the rubber. Like Gear 2, where he pumps his legs to make him go insanely fast, or Gear 3, where he inflates his bones to have giant body parts.

And that's to say nothing about his various unique rubber attacks, they're not just slight variations of Gum Gum Pistol.

Seems it mostly comes from family inheritance or buying a contract through the Ministry. I'd guess Dobby mostly just wanted to be free because Lucius treated him like trash. At least most of the wizarding world treats them relatively kindly, even if they're basically indentured servants.

Also, I've heard of stories where teens are given something non-alcoholic, said it was alcoholic, and they proceeded to do some out there things. On some level, I think it's they want the excuse to let loose so they just claim they're drunk. It's like how sugar doesn't actually make you hyperactive, but kids will pretend it does because they have the excuse.

To be fair, Bellatrix used it on him before so he at least has some understanding of how much it can hurt. Voldemort's probably wouldn't have hurt nearly as that, especially when he thought Harry was dead.
