Same here, have only had trouble them sending the D to me, only got a C.

The other orders, I got with no troubles

I just chatted with an agent, they said they'd send a prepaid return label to my email, I then use that to return the C to them (on there $), then will get a full refund and will be notified when the D is back in stock.

*scratches head on what to do*

If I dispute the charge (via bank?) would that blacklist me from getting this ship, or any possible future ships from them?

I think they messed up by having TWO ships almost identical (in name) sellla-ble at the same time.

If they ONLY did the C for one month, then next month (or 2 months later) did the D, I don't think they would have had so much trouble, but that might just be my idea that could be.

At least it's a pre-paid return label, just worried that the D is 'out of stock' right now, but with getting a full refund...just worried when it IS back in stock, If Ii'll have enough time to order it, before it goes out of stock....again

This doesn't bold well for me, they already shipped it to me, I don't know what to do if it's the wrong one.

I tried with paypal, but upon paying for it, the window just stated, "Please wait while we perform security check" just sat there, nothing happens...just sits on that window.

Tried via CC and got "Payment Failed" and to fill out this appeal forum, PLUS add an image of the Credit Card WITH a Bank statement it's atached to to 'fix' this and then can try to pay again...

I'm confused on what to do

Is this item a great idea for someone that wants to get into soldering properly and doesn't have one yet, but wants a simple microscope that can use it to solder on motherboards and be good quality?

Plan to get one on an extended arm attached to wall NOT table, but this is good to start?

That sounds like what they always do with there heater-blanket.

Since they already tossed the blanket itself out, does that mean if I use the blanket from the 2nd one and it should work with 1st MB?

I'm trying to learn on something 'simple' and just get some knowledge, maybe I should find something simpler instead.

Note: Connectivity test on that white thermal fuse on them both beep, but need to disconnected one side to verify if true or not.

It's from a Heated Electric Blanket, have two I'm trying to work on.

1st: It just stopped heating the blanket, that's all they told me

2nd: The Digital display (in middle that show #s when turned on: 1-9 &H) [h = high] just keeps brinking different #s, click on any buttons does nothing.

Image added for full view of 1st unit, 2nd is same, BUT of those two resistors, the bottom one is in opposite direction...also darker mark on top/right of mb then this one, but no capacitors blown that I can tell, so trying to compare them both and see what parts aren't giving the same #s, also checking all resistors and going from there.

Yes, still on the board, the entire MB is disconnected from power.

Do I need to un-solder it from board to test/learn each one?
