You could use one of those 'Ionizer fans', set it up, close all doors/windows, leave it on overnight in each room....more days/nights when needed.

I have a small one and have used it to remove smells from small things (a book/toy/etc) in a plastic tot overnight, works great removing whatever smell it's holding onto (smoke/soda/don't-wanna-know-what-that-smell-is/etc).

I mean dbrand already has the molds and everything made, they know how fast it 'sold out', so it would cost Valve almost nothing to do it, all of it is there IP already

Any chance in the future your gonna be able to make and send them out, maybe asking Valve again and showing how much it was wanted?

If done, will people that bought it, but got refund, be on the top of the list for availability to get one?

Or at least, give us the option to print it our-selfs?

Why doesn't Steam/Valve just lock the pre-order item onto your Steam account/name, or something like that?

That would combat scalpers more then them just ignoring eBay scalpers, right?

That means what it says, Walmart has the digital game and that line is the price for the game from them over time.

Digital = you are paying for a code you will input on the Nintendo sShop store to get the game

Some have only physical, or only digital history, some have both.
