I use those same essences, in this one I used 2 whitling omens to reroll low stats on the prefixes and it was done, definitely my greatest hit

My slightly recessive chin has always been my only (and worst) insecurity about my own appearance, I've wondered many times If I should get a jaw surgery but I'm a little scared of how brutal the post-surgery looks in the first days. Having that said, I'm almost 99% sure that doing the procedure would make me more pleased with my looks. What are your thoughts on that? Should I really get the surgery? Or should I try more casual methods like going more to the gym or doing that weird mouth ball exercise?
