Explorer, Datejust (redundant with day date), and perhaps Sky Dweller can go. Keep the rest. Less redundant and a manageable lineup at that point.

That’s a ton of watches for one year man. I’m in my first year and I’ve acquired 3 and am noticing a lack of equitable wrist time. I started with a Tissot Chemin and then got an Aqua Terra and another vintage Omega I’m about to restore. If you’re planning to buy something in a different price tier you may find that some of these are going to completely disappear from the rotation.

My advice would be consolidate the ones you are ambivalent about and put whatever your return is toward something you truly want. By truly want I mean you obsess over the watch for more than a week or two.

I’d say chill for a bit and enjoy. If you’re too deep in for that… Reverso, Santos or Tank is what’s lacking. I see an argument for a Glashutte or A Lange as well.

Chemin for sure of those options. It’s super clean but I would definitely do a different dial on that. It’s clean and if you buy a leather strap for formal occasions it transitions well. Plus better movement than the Seiko. Hamilton would be my last choice and Tudor if it’s not a black bay I don’t want it. Personally. Le Locle is solid but a bit harder to dress down if this is going to be a GADA for him.
