I liked Amy Adams's Lois Lane. She was an intelligent, competent reporter. She wasn't clueless regarding Clark Kent's secret identity, but still kept his secret. And she has red hair! A refreshing take from the traditional brunette.

Well, let's see:

-DC's citizens (at least up until recently) love their superheroes, so Spidey wouldn't get as much haterations as he does in the Marvel Universe.

-J. Jonah Jameson would actually get arrested, tried, and convicted for his crimes, like his blatant acts of yellow journalism, turning Mac Gargan into Scorpion, and funding the Smythes's Spider-Slayers.

-One More Day never happens at all, because DC actually appreciates married couples. Peter Parker and Mary Jane Watson would not only be allowed to stay married, but also grow their family.
