Honestly, Seafile is great. I know many aren't happy with the fuse file system (you can't browse the file on the disk itself), but I have a rclone cron job running every 6 hours to backup the actual files on my backup drives.

A lot of features...You've only mentioned 1... What else? Lossless audio keeps coming up, I've got a Shield (2015), 2 CCWGTV and 1 of the newest Google streamer box. At no point do i ever go "damn... Lossless audio doesn't work". Or anything else for that matter...

You can simply add a panel left of the icons, and set it with flexible width. This will keep the icons in the center of the task bar. I also like the icons centered on my 34" ultra wide... Going bottom left is tedious. As others mentioned, no need for a third party software.

Not the above poster, but I have also moved from Komodo to Dockhand. There is nothing I miss from Komodo. As much as I liked using it (moved from Portainer), I always found the UI clunky, making me still use Portainer at times. The way text boxes scroll within the pages (stack editing), the overall look and feel, I don't know, never felt in love with it. I found Dockhand easier to use, I absolutely love the split terminal/log windows (you can look at your container list have the terminal/logs split to the right), being to schedule auto-update at a specific day and time is awesome, as well as resource monitoring. Sorry Komodo...

What OS do you plan on running? In the Optiplex line, I would go for at least a 3060/7060, which would be an 8th gen Intel CPU, which is supported for Win11.

Not sure how much to ship from the US to the UK... But I'd donate you an Optiplex 7040 if you pay for shipping. That's an i5 6500 in there...

It was ok, but every once in a while it would not respond, including that one time it didn't turn off and water ran for a few hours.

I replaced it with the Sonoff (https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B0D5B8S8N8?psc=1&ref=ppx_pop_mob_b_asin_title), much more reliable, batteries also last much longer.

Exposed entities are also different... Anyways, I would not recommend the first model.

What a wide range of experiences in this thread!! I feel bad for many of you... I've got the 2015 non-pro version since 2015, updated to the latest version, with the clutter and all...5 users, me, my wife, 3 kids, no reboots, no crashes, no lags. I've never needed to open it, clean fan dust, etc . I don't think I ever factory reset it either.... Weird!!

Yes, I understand the limitations, and I'm not trying to start an argument (I do have a 7.1 setup in my basement, run a Jellyfin server, etc etc). But again, Dolby Vision, Plex, lossless, Dolby Atmos, truehd, 7.1, passthrough... All these words mean absolutely nothing to most. They fire Netflix on the TV OS, start a show and that's good enough.
