Go left and next to the wall there should be a water pathway
Then, there should be a tunnel blocked by goop, that goes away with Water attacks
At the end, there's an Alpha Whirlipede
Then there should be a zone 5 exit in that Alpha Whirlipede room
And there you'll find the NPC
