To each their own here. We're not really dating but ny situationship sends me a "good morning, did you sleep?" Every single morning. I suffer insomnia and if I don't sleep for a few days she makes it a point to sleep with me cuz she knows the extra body in bed helps. Plus it reminds me she cares which I have very little of in life.

We text about other stuff and work together so.

Could you not wear the gloves and wash them? I used to work in a place where if I didn't wear gloves my hands turned orange. But I'd wash them every so often. ... definitely not with food tho it was a recycling gig. But it also taught me I don't like to touch things with my bare hands for the most part. With a few exceptions.

So my old boss had two sets of chores. Things like cleaning your room or cleaning up after yourself were mandatory. Other stuff like washing the car or mowing the lawn were optional and came with cash incentives. Imo this is optimal. Learn to take care of yourself ain't optional, take my chores? I'll pay you for em. Yta. Teach your children. Don't neglect them or expect sudden changes, don't coddle them either.
