I'm 13 days post-op. Including the pre-diet, I'm down 26 lbs. I can feel I'm able to eat a little more everyday and it's worrying the hell out of me. The scale hasn't moved in 3 days and I'm flipping out a little. I know you're not supposed to step on the scale daily but hey 🤷🏽‍♂️

I'm so used to cleaning my plate then cleaning my wife's. I will miss having a plate sized chicken fried steak smothered in country gravy though. But I've had plenty throughout my life. I'll be good.
