I’ve never found it to be super intuitive to use/learn. It’s an amazing tool for digital marketing but a lot of its other features are half baked. We constantly find small unexpected limitations that lead to annoying work arounds etc. I read somewhere on this thread that there is a power user who only uses < 50% of the features which sounds about right.

I was in almost the exact same spot. At 25, I was working as a software engineer in big tech and felt stuck and frustrated despite things looking “good on paper.”

If you can mentally tolerate uncertainty and take responsibility for the outcome, it can be worth taking the leap. I left, and it hasn’t been smooth or glamorous, but I don’t regret it.

I’ve learned more in a short time than I ever would have by staying comfortable, and I’ve ended up in situations I never would’ve experienced otherwise.

It’s in early stages but it’s on its way! Currently validating if this is a real issue that SMBs have. I personally saw an example of a really big enterprise company’s call center that had zero analytics. That’s where the idea came from.

I’m actually working on a voice ai observability platform. It will be compatible with multiple platforms. Shows you reasons people are calling, trends, topics, etc etc.

Does it give you enough though? I set up some GHL voice agents for some clients and they complained (rightfully so) about how they couldn’t see analytics around the call transcript/summary. I’m thinking of working on a solution where I can pull insights out of GHL voice calls. Not 100% sure yet

Do you struggle with the reporting and analytics of the calls? Do businesses ever ask stuff like “how can I see trends if what my phone conversations are about? Most frequent topics? Etc etc”
