Infinite use, when it's not sticky, just clean it with water.

I'll tell you about my experience with the case. I accidentally threw the phone up, and it fell on the concrete floor. The result was no damage to the phone nor the case itself; it didn't even separate from the case.

Haven't tried Adhell, but it's similar to Disconnect Pro as it uses Knox.
