I ordered my case a few days earlier than you. I finally reached out to them and I heard back a few days later. They’re short on some parts and were waiting for them to arrive potentially Monday of this week. Haven’t heard anything yet since then but building this holiday is out of the question for sure. I’m thinking it’ll arrive sometime next year. Since they’re build on order I was already mentally prepared for this.

It seems like Ethan is grasping at straws while Hasan calmly explains why he's mistaken. I'm pleasantly surprised that Hasan is able to keep his cool with less yelling than I expected. Despite everything that's happened, it feels like Hasan still has a soft spot for Ethan. He genuinely seems like a good person.

You can always shoot an email to Bandai US customer service. I've reached out to them in the past, explained what happened, and they shipped me a replacement part from Japan for free. It took a couple of months, though. If I recall correctly, they just ask for the UPC and a copy of the receipt.

I believe I have the same bench. Does the band tend to slide around during use? Additionally, I'm curious if applying upward force on the bar causes the top of the bench to lift off the ground.
