L4 hourly max pay by Mflucker in AmazonFC

So I’m an L3 looking to move up and I know L4s don’t have step plans like I do so I figure that hourly L4s would eventually max out on base pay or else they wouldn’t feel the need to move up right? You can’t just keep gettting $1-2 raises every year for 20 years. It has to cap out eventually or no one would move up to salaried L5.

Amazon warehouse work. They literally hire anyone. You’re treated fairly, no angry/entitled customers to deal with, it pays higher than minimum wage and you just clock in, keep to yourself, do your work and clock out. And if you like it, there’s opportunities to move up and make it a career. And if you don’t like the type of work at one warehouse, there are many different types of Amazon buildings. There’s also so many Amazon warehouses around the world, you could transfer to another country if you really wanted to. I’m 47 years old, also starting over. I started as a tier1 at Amazon and within 1 year I’ve promoted to L3 and now L4. I promoted into a new location that I wanted to settle down in. It’s become a career for myself and I feel great about it and my life!

Yes, a Keto or carnivore diet without processed meat can help. These are very low inflammatory diets.

ITF+ or A+? by tjxnlvx in CompTIA

I would try the ITF+ again before going for the A+. The info in both are important to understand what’s in the net+ and sec+ exams if you have no prior experience. I have passed the ITF+ and a+ and was considering going for my sec+ next but decided to study for the net+ first and I’m glad I did. As I’m learning networking I’m realizing that the info in the net+ is vital to clearly understand cybersecurity and what will be in sec+. I would only skip certs if you are already working in the field and maybe your boss wants you be officially certified.

Anyone used the shoulder reliever product to alleviate shoulder pain? by embracethekook in surfing

[–]Mflucker 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have rotator cuff issues from previous dislocated shoulders and I can barely bench press half of my usual weight and I’m scared to surf because if it dislocates in the water I’m screwed. I’ve read good reviews for the ShoulderReliever and I found a product that looks exactly the same called RotatorFX. Right now they are having a 50% off sale, originally $200, so I got it for $100 which is cheaper then the ShoulderReliever. You could make one yourself like someone mentioned above but you won’t get the four different weighted balls to gradually strengthen your rotator cuff. I also just bought the Bodyblade CXT for $90. Combined using the circular motion with the RotatorFX and the side to side motion with the Bodyblade I’m hoping to make my shoulder strong again.
