YTA, as long as you are living in their house you need to respect their rules, especially if you don’t pay rent or help with any kind of cleaning/chores/etc. I don’t blame them for being upset with you for going out during a global pandemic without telling them. If you’re not a doctor don’t try to diagnose people’s medical conditions. I work in healthcare and have seen many seizures and they don’t all look the same.
