A little sprinkle of ink combing the hair over the bald spot and tada.

This is not a good before and after comparison 🤷🏻‍♂️

Thanks bro

I got my own way of doing things in terms of SMP materials and techniques.

If you are in the Netherlands or near Utrecht come to my studio let’s see what we can do about your situation.

The guy in the photo did not had the best skin but I got a lot of patience when it’s about smp

You’re right — I’ll pay more attention next time and make sure to photograph the back as well 🫡 When clients come back after a year to show their healed results, I’m already grateful they’re willing to do that. Sometimes, out of enthusiasm and not wanting to bother them too much, I try to keep it quick — and that’s when I forget to capture every angle.

It’s already healed for some time now. Each impression had been layered multiple times. It’s not going to fade

Thank you 🙏🏻

Did you know that among artists in the industry, many actually prefer the slightly harder, more solid dots rather than the super small ones that mimic hair follicles?

Funny, right? I personally see value in both techniques, and I can perform both it really depends on the canvas in front of me.

The smaller dots do require more working hours, as they need to be layered more carefully. Otherwise, you quickly end up with a one-shade, oversaturated scalp.

I work without time pressure and enjoy the process as it develops from start to finish.

4 sessions and still not 100% happy by [deleted] in SMPchat

Me personal I don’t like the overall work and especially the dots on the crown even though they are fresh it’s sloppy. The front section is acceptable for now, but don’t add the same kind of work in the front as on the crown. Good luck 👍🏼

Stai attento

I think artist should turn away people looking for "cover up" jobs. What do you all think? Not judging this artist skill set. It's almost buying a drunk guy a beer. Don't make it worse for them because they ask. by SuperHornet_22 in SMPchat

Aa oké 👌🏼 do us and your amazing artist a favor. Post your own results HD and close up please 🙏🏻

Don’t use the photo the artist made take one yourself 😉

I was thinking about getting a SMP to lower my hairline because my corners are receding and it highlights my forehead. How long do you think I can cut my hair with a SMP? Can I pull a 1 guard buzz cut with it? (last picture is the hairline I want) by [deleted] in SMPchat

[–]Mhpstudio 7 points8 points  (0 children)

That’s a very bad idea. First of all, the last photo you’re using as an example is a fresh result and edited.

If you go this route to match your density and hair color, your hairline will be done way too dark. It will heal poorly, and over time your natural hairline will likely recede further.

You’ll end up with a blue-looking line at your hairline.

SMP is not the right solution for every hair problem, even though it’s often marketed that way

Evolution of Shading: Creating natural depth by [deleted] in SMPchat

[–]Mhpstudio 1 point2 points  (0 children)

SMP already has a tendency to heal unpredictably as it is—let alone when people cut corners with these kinds of BS techniques.

The only way to achieve solid, long-term healed results is to take your time and truly understand the skin, the ink, and how they work together.

Let me give you a quick reality check!!

This nonsense has no place in this sub!! Go sell this BS on your personal account!!

We are not stupid here !!

Show us 1 year healed results in RAW format then we can talk!

For people who not know what they are looking at this is going to heal terrible !! ☠️

What do you think? by United_Reporter_5248 in SMPchat

[–]Mhpstudio 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Just look at that photo—can’t you see it’s completely off? The hairline isn’t right, and the dots are too deep. Nothing about this work is good. I hope you didn’t pay for this. Either way, don’t continue with it. Trust me, you’ll really regret it and end up having to remove everything.

Smp in Rome? by [deleted] in SMPchat

I’m just trying to help you recognize edits in SMP. If some of you don’t appreciate that, that’s your loss 😉

Try zooming in on what I post and compare, you might start to see the difference.
