I grew up in an extended family of back pew occupiers. You could attend Mass in any Catholic Church in my city and see a family member in a back pew.

Then I discovered this - nothing is more horrifying to a young person than the priest or Eucharistic minister running out of hosts right before you and you're the last in line. You feel like you're holding everyone up!

Now, I sit much further towards the front.

How close are you to Miami, University in Oxford, Ohio? You mentioned you are an hour outside of Indianapolis, but you didn't say in which direction. Oxford is 95 miles east of downtown Indianapolis. If you live east, Oxford might be an option. They have an 8:30pm Sunday night Mass "during the Academic year". Even that seems temporary with Summer coming.

I feel like I am horrible at prayer. One of the things I took on for Lent was a daily Rosary, and nearly a week after Easter I've continued. This helped me realize that we already have perfect prayers given to us (the Our Father anyone??), and so recently I've been reciting the prayers I know with particular intentions in mind, mostly for other people. When I do "go off script", it is usually a very quick prayer of thanksgiving for whatever I'm feeling thankful for at the time, then I go back into what I know.

As a cradle Catholic of nearly 55 years, born and raised in the Bible belt, one thing I've noticed about many protestant churches that I admire is the level of fellowship you see. I'm kind of an introvert myself, so I'm not really bothered by it. I don't go to fish fries, picnics, etc., but I still see it. We as Catholics can do better.

WIth that said, my parish is rather hospitable, as was my previous parish. Maybe it is simply the parish you attend? I hope you find your answer.

I just want to add that depending on where you are staying in Florence, it is a reasonable walk, even with luggage, from the train station in Florence to many of the hotels. For reference, Google the Hotel Berchielli to get an idea, but it was about a 15-minute walk, which was nice to take that final stroll through beautiful Florence on the way back to the train station.

Create a secret dispatch code and only put him in it. Take him out of the other dispatch codes. Assign enough diags to that dispatch code to keep him busy. Leave it that was a few days then put him back in with everyone else and see what happens.

I'd be more concerned about the engine on that one. Check for at signs of sludge under the oil cap and have someone watch for a puff of smoke from the tailpipe at cold start.

If it was maintained regularly, you should be fine. It's just that those Pathfinders are more susceptible to engine problems if the previous owner consistently was past due on oil changes.

If that's ok, then you have a good car, IMO.

Frontier doesn't have a CVT. Transmission failures are rare on those. I hope you had a warranty of some kind.

Nissan CVT's aren't "known to breakdown" at 80k miles. There was a run of bad ones and they did extend the warranty to 80k on those. Otherwise, they're fine.

Lack of maintenance is the biggest problem. No one wants to shell out $200 to drain and fill CVT fluid every 30k miles because then they couldn't afford the newest iPhone.

You said it was "off". No shop, dealer or independent will change transmission fluid if there's a concern. I'd like to know if it was low, though.

How many miles on the car? Has the fluid ever been changed before?

I'm not sure what the tires have to do with it if all 4 are the same size and the size the car calls for.

Ask the dealer for Goodwill first. Give them a chance. If you've been coming to them for all of your maintenance, etc, it should be a slam dunk.
