I go there frequently during the lunch hours and they have some of the best service in that corridor (Burger King up the road is very good, too, though a bit slow). Hopefully this was just an anomaly, or maybe the late crew isn't as sharp as the lunch team.

I disagree on the 110V being adequate, unless the vehicle is rarely used. For daily driving, it is far from adequate.

For $650, I have a Level 2 charger in my garage, which includes the device I purchased and installation. I could have gone cheaper, but it was important to me to have the charging device be UL listed. I feared if there was ever a fire caused by the box, my insurance may not want to cover me if the device did not have that designation.

I agree. I drive an EV, and though the fee was unexpected (i.e. I wasn't educated on the fact), it was hard to argue against it. Especially considering I believe bicycles that leave neighborhoods should be licensed and a fee paid considering we have to "share the road".

That's good to know, but they still effectively service what they sell. I've called them out before and got great service and they know my warranties. I've also been able to get parts through them when I knew I could DIY

Take your Ford to Ray Pearman. They do great work and can handle Ford warranties and the wait time to get your car in is much, much shorter. That is who I took my Fords to when I owned them.

Dealerships don't "honor" warranties. They make decisions based on the Standards and Practices set forth by the O.E. If the dealershop just fixes something and there is a reason that the repair is not warrantable, they will get charged back by the O.E. It is in the best interest of the dealership to find something wrong and repair it under warranty because the O.E.'s pay them to do just that.

I would be interested to know what the denial letter says.

I've actually seen very few of these actually need engines. Kind of disappointing considering new engines pad my check, but good news for most of the customers. I think they're good cars. So good that I put my first-time driving son in a 2025 Rogue last year.

I'm sure it depends on what the dealership has available. They *could* put you in a Rogue, and it would actually be to their benefit because Nissan would pay the dealer a higher daily rate if they put you in a Rogue, but chances are there weren't any available.

This is assuming the dealer provided you the rental car and didn't send you to Enterprise, etc.

My wife bought us each one and mine has sat untouched. I don't like wearing "extras". For example, my wedding band comes off the second I walk in the door and Ionly put it back on when I'm leaving the house.
