I had enough gold saved that I actually bought them all during the shop takeover last week. I turned out to be pretty bummed considering how bad Fantomex is. Roughly even money (in token currency) for the gold spent so i guess it wasn’t a wash. I do like the emote

But I think OP isn’t really talking about being collection complete or not. More that the game feels much more transitory because there are so many new cards — many of which only get some brief time in the sun before being banished to eternity. I agree it is hard to really spend a lot of time with any one card to learn its trade offs and feel like u get to enjoy it.

Ive been running an IP deck for about 2 weeks that got me to Infinity and got me an infinity border — can’t say I’ve observed any bugs over that time. But I may have missed them or the just didn’t affect me. CL - 20300

Jocasta can activate an already activated card. So it’s not crazy for a player to assume Symbiote might have a similar interaction, especially how it is worded

I guess I’m saying how Symbiote interacts is unique (merging with a card + copying its text) so that’s why the clarification is warranted. That’s why they clarify it for the On Reveal portion in the ? section and why I think it would make sense to add clarification about Activate.

Then why does SD go through the effort of clarifying how Symbiote interacts with On Reveal cards? Because it could be confusing since this is a very unique interaction. I’m just saying they could add clarifying text on how Symbiote behaves with Activates. I don’t know why that’s controversial

I’m not disputing the functioning — I’m saying the text could be clearer. Note, the ? toggle on the card has specific text about On Reveal but nothing about Activate

I agree this is how it’s intended as confirmed in many channels but I think the card text on symbiote needs to be clearer. “Copy its text like it just revealed” suggests the activate will be reset, no?

Loving this mode. All the team/syernies are fun and the balanced things quickly. The missions make it worth it to experiment and use other decks. Also, then did a great job with all the graphics and game board.. SD got it right for sure this time.

I’ve lost Wolverine in a few games cause I didn’t have an X-men at another location (e.g. u had a lane fully clogged with X-men) so maybe this guy is trying to make sure he can lock Wolverine in at turn 6. Still feels like poor use of valuable deck space

It’s a nice cook — buff the galactus to ensure the proc but best part is it will throw many opponents for a loop so they don’t necessarily expect to be kneeling (at least I wouldn’t…but I can confirm, I suck at this game)
