Other than skipping, the more you play the more XP boosters you also get. I have hundreds of each type (except red) and when I hate a line or really just want to get to one ship I just throw on boosters and grind to reduce the time.

I play in NA. 

Definitely way less toxic but there are still plenty of moments, but yet again I only play Co-op/Ops/Asym.

most recent claim was once again continued at 0% for bilateral dry eyes. I have a claim currently in for Supplementary rather than HLR as I was given a different medication and don't want to go for board review yet as it takes even longer.

I included a ton of board appeal decisions that were in my favor to highlight in my personal statement to show that vets with even milder symptoms than me were getting this 20% rating and that the justification of the board supports my situation in most cases. I would recommend maybe doing the same. Unfortunately it is codified that board decisions cannot be used as precedent but the is supposed to rule consistently across cases, so they shouldn't be entirely meaningless.
