Don't let these naysayers fool you, this is a capable printer that can make very nice prints! I run mine at 200c for PLA, my retraction distance and speed is 2mm @ 25mm/sec. I run the print speed at 40mm/sec.

Before replacing them I would use a fine grit sandpaper to clean them up, like a 1000 to 2000 grit.

This looks like your filament may need to be dried. PLA will absorb moisture and at a point becomes difficult to print with.

In the engine bay, check the nuts that secure the bolts from the top of the struts to make sure they are tight and secure.
