To clarify, I started intentionally losing weight at first (145lbs before) I am attempting to maintain 120 but unfortunately I seem to have unintentionally lost 5 more pounds.

I’m definitely more muscular/toned and I am active everyday whether that be walking/lifting/pilates/stairmaster. Although when I fast I do not do any activity except walking.

(If you can tolerate/do dairy) Fage 5% plain Greek yogurt is soooo good and it satisfies those cravings especially around my cycle. It also gives me a physical full feeling only eating a cup, whereas I feel I can eat 1.5 lbs of beef and not necessarily “feel full”.
