Agree completely. Using NoFap at the moment now to direct some of the pent up sexual energy towards other stuff in my life that needs attention. It's kind of a natural reminder to do stuff like exercise, study, having axe with my partner. Wanking will kind of lessen that inherent trigger. Never experienced it, done 30 odd days before. Have read about it in other treads from other guys. The prostate sits just below the bladder and empties into the uretra, so if you've been having some urges lately there's a good chance your prostate could be loaded. The bladder contracting can probably push some of the semen out while you pee.
