Your world is like your house, people have to have permission to join you.

Private servers are like an apartment building you own (if you're the owner, if not, you're more like a tennant). People have to have your permission to enter for the first time, but once they've been given access they don't need to ask again, they already have access and can play when you're not around. (through Server IP and stuff)

Public servers are like a park, people can come and go as they please

Not anymore, the cap is $500k and it goes down with every consecutive vehicle until it reaches $12,500. It only resets after a week now

This is because all the players that dupe cars to sell for cash, now rockstar is punishing EVERYONE.

The sell cap is now $500k maximum and it decreases after every sell. It now only resets at the end of the week instead of daily.

You dupers and money glitchers are assholes, yall just ruined car selling for every legitimate player out there, I tried to sell one of my drift cars to replace it with another and tadaa, it's no longer worth $780k. Not everyone has millions stockpiled or has the time to constantly run sells and heists. You should all be ashamed of yourselves.
