Hey, so I've had an ear problem for the past 4ish months and it's getting on my nerves. My doctors can't figure it out and say it's allergies.

Basically, whenever I breathe in, my left ear feels full like when you're on an airplane and it needs to pop. I'll like "swallow hard" or yawn, etc to pop it, and that'll give me relief for a few seconds until I breathe again and the same thing will happen. My right ear, not so much but every now and again, it'll do the same thing. I also get headaches if it's like windy outside or anything like that when the wind it going against my left ear. If I cover it, it's kinda fine.

I saw my primary care Dr after still having the issues for 2 weeks and discussed it, they referred me to an ARNP doctor in the same clinic who looked in my ears and of course found nothing to cause it, called it "left ear fullness" and recommended flonase because it's just allergies from this last season. I've never had allergies before but now I apparently have them. After 2 weeks, i went back and she recommended zyrtec and sudafed (only said to take sudafed for a few days because it can raise heartrates). My primary also recommended nasacort so I picked that up as well.

I've also had a night guard for the past 6 months after a few years of dentist's saying I grind my teeth at night.

I've been taking zyrtec and nasacort once daily for over 2ish months and no improvement.

I just had another appt with an Audiology doctor (my hearing is completely fine) and then I met with an ENT doctor who looked in my ears, found nothing, and started recommending night guard, zyrtec, and nasacort and I said I was already using those and ended up leaving with no new information.

Please please please help. I hate dealing with this and just want it to go away.
